At Dulhan TV you will find nothing more than the highest standard of professionalism.  In order to maintain our level of service we ask you to read carefully our terms and conditions as a deposit is considered adherence to these terms and conditions.

• Booking party refers to the bride, groom or member of family who books services from dulhan tv.  Booking refers to your wedding, engagement or any other formal event booked for dulhan tv services. Client refers to the bride or bridal party who make the booking.  Contract refers to Booking sheet which outlines complete details of clients bookings.
• BOOKINGS
  1) Dulhan TV guarantee to send the make-up artist or mehndi artist of your choice but in the unfortunate event of accident, sickness or other such calamaties Dulhan TV will ensure that another professional make-up artist or mehndi artist of the same calibre is sent out directly to you.
  2) All bookings are secured only through deposits on a first come first served basis..
  3) It is the duty of the booking party to ensure that all members booked on their wedding date make payments to Dulhan TV in full upon completion of booking otherwise booking party become liable to make payment of any outstanding amounts.
  4) Additional people other than the bride must be booked no later than 24hours prior to the event otherwise no guarantees can be made to complete the booking, although every endevour will be made to do so.
• Travel & Hotel arrangements, where a makeup artists  is required to attend from an evening before, a bedroom in the wedding house can be arranged or a hotel booking must be made.  Dulhan TV receive preferential rates on a variety of hotels across the country, so please enquire further upon booking.  Travel, although travel is inclusive of your booking fees, there are discretionary charges of £40 for bridal bookings where there is exclusively the bride and if the location is more than 20 miles from any major cities. The cites, leeds, london, manchester, birmingham, newcastle, edinborough. International booking please enquire further for costings.
• DEPOSITS
  1) £100 Deposit and a photograph will be required to secure any bookings
• 2) Payment of a deposit is considered adherhance to Dulhan TV's terms & conditions, all terms and conditions are to be found on Dulhan TV's website.
• 3) Deposits are only refundable up until 8 weeks after the date at which you first booked unless there are only 8 weeks until your wedding date at which time there is no refund.
  4) Deposits are retained until the last date of your bookings.
• PAYMENTS
  1) All payments must be made with cash on the day or by chq with a bankers card which must clear before the booking.
  2) At the end of each event payments must be made for services rendered.  We request that payments are made promptly after services are rendered, so please make adequate arrangements for this.
• CANCELLATIONS
  1) In the event of death as a cause for postponement of wedding - deposits can at times be honoured until a new date is set for your wedding; though this is discretionary by managment.
  2) Any cancellations made after 8 weeks of initial booking, deposits will be retained by Dulhan TV unless the date of the booking is filled, at which time Dulhan TV will return all deposits
  3) If a cancellation is made 8 weeks prior to the wedding date the full balance of the wedding package will be sought unless the booking date can be filled.
  4) Additional guests wishing to get services performed must be listed at least 48 hours prior to wedding with Dulhan TV.  Dulhan TV reserve the right to charge for any shortfall on the date of the wedding of the listed guests.
  Additional guests wishing to cancel services booked must do so at least 48 hours prior to booking, if additional make-up artists have been brought out to compelete these services then Dulhan TV reserve the right to charge for these services.
• ALL RIGHTS RESERVED
• 1) Dulhan TV reserve the right to use photographs for personal portfolios
• 2) Dulhan TV reserve the right to use pictures brides select for the use of web portfolios.  If brides do not wish to for their pictures to be used for web based portfolios please state so in writing at the time of returning your contracts.  There are no penalities should brides choose not to allow the web based use of select pictures by Dulhan TV.
• 3) Dulhan TV reseve the right to refuse bookings, should Dulhan TV feel that it is in its best interest to do so.
• POLICY
• It is Dulhan TV's to ensure bookings are taken first come first served regardless of booking size.
• Dulhan TV will at all times ensure that clients are kept upto date with any changes, though phone, text, mail or email whatever is considered suitable.
• Dulhan TV will ensure that clients are provided the makeup artist of their choosing for their booking however should the makeup artist not be available clients would  be notified prior to booking to enable clients to make a choice as to whom they wished to book.
